Who this applies to

The Google-connected tool described here is a private system used by Laveron Consulting LLC and its owner for bookkeeping, receipt organization, business administration, and related tax-preparation support. It is not currently offered as a public consumer application.

Information we access

When the account owner authorizes Google access, the tool may access Gmail message content, attachments, headers, metadata, and labels needed to locate and organize business records. It may also create drafts, send messages, or update labels when the account owner requests those actions.

The public website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or account-registration forms.

How information is used

Google user data is used only to provide requested administrative functions, such as finding receipts, extracting transaction evidence, organizing records, preparing bookkeeping entries, and communicating about business matters.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

Processing and sharing

Selected information may be processed by authorized infrastructure or artificial-intelligence service providers only as necessary to complete an owner-requested task. Access is limited to the account owner, authorized tools acting for the owner, and professional advisers or service providers engaged by the owner. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Business records may be retained in private local storage, authorized cloud storage, and bookkeeping systems for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal, security, and operational purposes. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Security

We use access controls, limited-scope credentials, backups, and operational safeguards designed to protect stored information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and access credentials may be revoked if misuse or compromise is suspected.

Your controls

The Google account owner can revoke the tool's access at any time through Google Account permissions. Requests concerning retained information may be sent to the contact address below.
